THE ELAINE M. HINES FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO CREATING A POSITIVE IMPACT ON OUR COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING RESOURCES AND SUPPORT TO THOSE IN NEED. OUR FLAGSHIP PROJECT, THE COMMUNITY GARDEN, SERVES AS A HUB FOR VARIOUS OUTREACH PROGRAMS THAT ADDRESS KEY ISSUES FACED BY COMMUNITY MEMBERS. STRENGTHENING THE COMMUNITY WITH KNOLEDGE OF SELF AND LOVE. OFFERING OPpOrTUNITIES TO VOLUNTEER and RE-ESTABLISH A STRONG WORK ETHIC WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.

the Foundation is devoted to preserving the legacy of SSG Elaine Hines, a retired veteran who served our country honorably for over 30 years. Ms. Hines, with a distinguished career spanning 20 years at Chase Bank and over 15 years in the medical field, was not only a devoted mother to three children but also a cherished pillar of her community, where she resided for over 35 years.
